Steve Redstorm's musical odyssey, now known professionally as Cyrus CSR, began in the creative landscape of northern Sweden. His journey into music started at age seven with keyboard lessons, expanding to drums by thirteen, and by fifteen, he had mastered both singing and electric guitar, showcasing early signs of his multi-instrumental talents.

Under the name Redstorm, he released his debut album "No Exception of A Victim Of Crime" at nineteen, followed by the creation of "To Trust A Statesman." Though market conditions prevented the second album's commercial release, this challenge became a catalyst for artistic evolution. This period marked his transition into electronic music, experimenting with techno and house genres, culminating in the release of "Last Prophesy" - a significant departure from his rock origins.

As his artistic vision evolved, Steve established himself as a skilled music producer and sound engineer, leading to the foundation of CSR MUSIC. This venture allowed him to fully embrace his role as both artist and producer, creating a unique fusion of soul, R&B, and pop elements, as demonstrated in this 2001 album "It doesn't matter." The album showcases his journey from rock roots to sophisticated electronic production, featuring tracks that blend emotional depth with polished production techniques.

Today, as CYRUS CSR, he continues to push musical boundaries, drawing from his diverse background to create innovative sounds while nurturing new talent through CSR MUSIC. His evolution from rock musician to electronic producer and label founder represents a unique trajectory in the Swedish music industry, marking him as both an artist and a vital force in shaping contemporary music production.
